This is my final call out to get this registration form filled out if you're interested in playing for the Bees this Fall/Spring. We have had a lot of interest and I want to make sure I get everyone interested to fill out this form before finalizing the roster.

Other notes... make sure you're registered with the PCAHL by calling them and with USA Hockey, which you can do online.
