Bees Buzz Together 08/31/2010
Current, Former and Interested Bees, The time is upon us to assemble a committed swarm of Indy Killer Bees that will take home the PCAHL Cup(s) this year. If you are 100% committed to playing for (or wanting to play for) the Indy Killer Bees this year, you must fill out the 2010 - 2011 Indy Killer Bee Registration form. If you don't fill it out, or those who have expressed interest don't fill it out, they will not be considered for this year's roster. We have a lot of interest this year and this keeps everything fair. PS - The season is scheduled to start the first full week of October (10/4) Buzz Buzz, - Mac Time for a new bag... 08/12/2010
With the season just around the corner (no, I don't know exactly when it starts), it's time to check out my gear and make a few upgrades. I've decided the first is a new bag. Now, a lot has changed since the last time I bought a hockey bag. ![]() For example, there's the at-one-time-dorky-but-now-I-can't-get-over-how-comfortable-it-would-be Backpack-style Bag... ![]() ...or the, why-didn't-I-think-of-that Cooler Bag... ![]() Then, it appeared out of nowhere like a Killer Bee on a ski slope, the least-expensive-yellow-and-black-official Killer Bee Bag. This $13.99 treasure is just a link away and will soon be in a locker room near you. On a more serious note, I'll keep everyone posted of the roster commitment deadlines and a possible, bi-weekly morning skate I'm working on via this blog - so stay tuned. Buzz Buzz. - Mac Great Season. 04/06/2010
Great Season Fellas! We'll get them in the fall. I'll be sending out a message to all Killer Bees as the season approaches, but if you know anyone that would be interested in playing with us this Fall please send me their information now. Also, if there's enough interest in the Labatt Tourney in Columbus, OH I'd love to go. It would be $175 for gas, tourney fee, room, and probably room beer. It is April 23rd - 25th with one game Friday, two Saturday and playoffs Sunday. Add a comment if you're interested and if there's interest I'll see if we can still get in. Buzz Buzz, - McIntyre Championship Tonight! 03/31/2010
Get psyched for the Championship game tonight. We face off against Red at 8:30pm. Buzz Buzz, - McIntyre Week of Playoff Hypeness 03/22/2010
We're off until Monday 3/29, where we'll play White (most likely) at 8:30pm. If we win, the Championship is on Wednesday 3/31. That means we've all got a week off to rest up and get hyped for the game a week from today. In preparation for ultimate hypeness, I ask that you please download this desktop background for your computer at work or at home. Buzz Buzz, - McIntyre Last Game: Tonight (Monday 3/15) 03/15/2010
Tonight is our last regular season game and it is against Red at 10:00pm at the Coliseum. If we win this game we will secure 1st place headed into the tournament the following week. In the mean time, the stats are updated. See you on the ice, - McIntyre Hawks vs. Caps 03/12/2010
Matt Douglass has invited the entire swarm over to his hive this Sunday at 12:30 EST. He is welcoming people at noon or later. He lives at 8580 Barstow Dr. Fishers, IN 46038. I'll be there, but will Niederkorn? - McIntyre Wednesday is Family Night! 03/07/2010
That's right fellas... After our flawless road trip at the Pan American Plaza, we're back at the Coliseum for Family Night on Wednesday, March 10th at 9:30pm! Tell your family and closest friends that the antennas will be on-site and ready for wearing! Posters, horns and sirens are also encouraged! This is our first Wednesday game in a while, so be sure to rest well and carb up as we face off against White, who is currently in first place. Buzz Buzz, - McIntyre USA Wins! 02/21/2010
I'm sure all you guys watched it, but if you didn't please consider your future as a hockey player with the Killer Bees. Anyway, it was a great game and got me fired up for this week. Remember, we're at PAN AM on Monday at 10:00pm. Do not show up at the Coliseum! Now, onto the upcoming Killer Bees Events... 1) Bees In Broad Ripple - Reid, our former enforcer, has offered up his downtown apartment for us to crash at this Saturday night. Should we all meet in Broad Ripple and then head down. Or, just start at Reid's? 2) Gold Medal Game - M. Douglass has offered up his place for us all to watch the Gold Medal game on Sunday, February 28th at 3:15. This is a bring your own type event so plan accordingly. He lives at: 8580 Barstow Dr. Fishers IN, 46038 3) Tournament Time - I'd like to gauge some interest from the Bees for a tournament in Columbus, OH that runs April 23rd - April 25th. The cost per player would be $175, and due to me by March 15th. It also covers your entry fee, gas, hotel, and most likely refreshments. If you're interested let me know tomorrow so I can get a head count. If we can get 11 we're doing it. See you at Pan Am! - Buzz Buzz & Go USA Superbowl Week 01/31/2010
